Our products usually ship within 1-2 days of order confirmation

Most of our products have shipping time of 3-5 BUSINESS days! We do have some products however, which take longer - up to 10, 20 working days. You can see the shipping time for each product in its product detail page - so no need to worry :)

Will I get a tracking number?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our tracking page.

How can I unsubscribe from your emails/newsletters?

You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email that you received from Sandine.

My package says delivered, but I did not receive it.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it is great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

Delayed order confirmation emails.

You will typically receive an order confirmation email almost immediately. However, at times of busy promotions a slight delay is possible. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours after your order is placed, please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE so that we may assist you further!

Do you have a phone number I can contact?

We currently do not have a phone number for customer service inquiries, but you can chat with us - just click on the cute kitty below and we will make sure to answer your questions. You can also email us at info@sandinesilkyskin.com or visit our Contact page. We will respond within 24 hours but usually much faster.

Can I purchase a gift card for Sandine?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift cards.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept PayPal payments as well as all major credit cards via PayPal express checkout.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

In most cases, this is possible if you contacted us on time. Otherwise, the package carrier needs to be contacted and that may result in additional charge. So please contact us ASAP via the Contact Us page or email info@sandinesilkyskin.com

Can I change the billing address for my order?

Sadly billing address information cannot be changed once an order was placed.
